This course is aimed at managers from all fields who are responsible for an entity and must evolve in an international context, either now or in the future. Perhaps desk-bound for now, those who work or will soon work in an international environment will travel on assignment or become change countries of residence in the near future, later becoming International Managers who support the international development of their company. The integration of economies, opening of markets to competition, drive to reduce costs, and new growth prospects make the internationalization of companies, regardless of size or sector, inevitable. For this reason, an Operational Manager must now be able to grasp the evolution of the international environment and understand companies affected by the internationalization of their markets, customers, competitors, and partners. Faced with these changes, the Operational Manager becomes an essential vector for implementing corporate strategy on the international level. The programme is aimed at department managers (logistics directors, marketing directors, etc) seeking to develop their managerial skills, and managers (project directors, clientele managers, etc) seeking to earn recognition for their experience, take advantage of the latest developments in management research, and acquire a more global vision of management and strategy in an international environment.

This programme is aimed at executives with an initial education of at least a Bac+2 or equivalent level and a minimum of four years of professional experience, as well as a working knowledge of English. Selection for admission is based on the application file, the TOEIC, and an interview. ESSEC Executive Education regularly organizes English test sessions.
