This degree is designed to provide students with skills and knowledge that will enable them to respond effectively in a rapidly changing health arena that is strongly influenced by healthcare trends and both local and international legislations. It will develop their skills and knowledge for entry into the industry and/or for those who are already in the industry, to upskill their selves to perform their professional practice more effectively. It is designed specifically for the training of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and has been developed in collaboration with world renowned healthcare and pharmaceutical partners. It will be conferred upon completion of WSQ Diploma in Clinical Research, WSQ Specialist Diploma in Clinical Research, WSQ Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Dissertation. Students are advised to enrol for two modules maximum per semester.

CSM Academy International was established in April 2005. It offers Service Management related education programs that are enhanced through their linkages with several overseas Universities and Organizations that are renowned for their specialist courses in the service arena. They recognize the fact that academic program offerings are in abundance and hence want to be able to address the needs of the Service Industry whereby there is hardly any academic service diplomas or degrees. The service industry now amounts for more than half of a country's GDP in this region and hence the message becomes clear that Excellent Customer Service is now the key to a competitive advantage in a business. They are committed in providing quality education, training and development with an emphasis on the need for Service Management in all industries through the organization of service excellent academic programs and conferences globally. CSM Academy's facilities is located just a short distance out of the Central Business District in a building that is directly opposite the Aljunied MRT Station (direction to CSM Academy International), most convenient for students who travel by public transport as well as for students who drive as there is a huge 50 lot car park opposite the building too. The School premise has well-equipped classrooms, a library, a discussion areas as well as a Health Assessment Laboratory for students studying health services programs to use in their practical’s, and a Computer room equip with wireless broadband for students usage.
