The Post-Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management will prepare students for senior management roles in a manufacturing or engineering organisation. This course will provide them with knowledge of manufacturing strategy, financial statement analysis and entrepreneurship innovation, enabling qualified engineers to make more informed business decisions. Students will develop an integrated understanding of strategic and operations management and develop the appropriate intellectual and personal skills required in a demanding management environment. It is specifically designed to meet the real challenges of companies around the world.

The core modules covered are: AUSM20 Project Management; AUSM56 Entrepreneurship and Innovation; AUSM58 Financial Analysis for Managers; AUSM62 Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management; AUSM85 Marketing Management; AUSM14E Lean Operation; AUSM27E Manufacturing Strategy; AUSM58E Quality and Environmental Management System.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Applicants must normally have: at least a second class degree or similar professional qualification from a recognised university / institution, or a diploma from a recognised institution of higher learning/ polytechnic with at least two years of relevant working experience; students who do not possess the above requirements but have substantial work experience will be considered on an individual basis. Exceptions to the above will be considered on an individual basis. Applicants whose first language is not English must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent (TOEFL). Admission is also granted to students who complete Auston Institute APEC (Anglia Preparatory English Course) Advanced Level. All other qualifications will be on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the final approval from the awarding institution/ university.
