This course aims to increase student’s knowledge in the area of finance and help them to develop concepts and financial management skills. Student who has successfully completed the Postgraduate Certificate of Financial Management can apply for articulation to U21Global's Postgraduate Diploma of Business Administration.

Applicants must have a completed bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Students without undergraduate degree will be considered if they have at least eight years work experience of which at least five years must be in a management capacity). They should have a minimum of two years management or professional experience with a GMAT score of at least 600. They must have a minimum of three years management or professional experience without GMAT. Students must demonstrate their English proficiency by one of the following: academic IELTS score of 6.5 with an individual writing score of at least 6.0; TOEFL score of at least 550 with a Test of Written English (TWE) score of at least 5.0, or TOEFL internet-based test with a minimum score of at least 79; BULATS (Business Language Testing Service) at level 4.
