This is a unique programme that links higher education with industry requirements. It will look at the needs of high net worth investors, aspects of global wealth management and investment processes, as well as developing an understanding of topics such as cross cultural negotiation and conflict and non-verbal communications across cultures. The programme is designed to ensure emphasis is placed on examining the wealth management industry within a global context, as well as being geared to provide candidates with expertise on how to provide financial advice to high net worth clients. Students will also possess the necessary tools to interpret and understand financial accounting statements and will be trained to analyse key economic statistical data. Students who have successfully completed all course work and passed all prescribed examinations and assignments as set by Harriet Business School will be awarded the Professional Advanced Diploma.

The course outline includes: Managerial Finance, Economics for Managers, Accounting for Managers, Global Wealth Management, Tax Estate and Wealth Planning, Investment Advisory Process and Client Relationship Management, Preparatory course for CFA Level 1 examination and Advanced Derivatives.

Applicants should have completed GCE 'A' level or diploma in any discipline with suitable industry experience. Mature applicants aged 21 and above, subject to final approval of admission by Harriet Academic Board.
