This course is designed to provide students the overview and details of process groups for both portfolio and program management scenarios. It is designed to demonstrate project and program management skills. The course is for the project managers who are responsible for managing all aspects of a project from start to finish; managing multiple projects; maximizing utilization of resources to achieve the project goals; who want to maintain their PMP credential through participation in CCR activity. The benefits of this course will: provide study materials and books to prepare for students; arrange mock exam and program review to judge; provide up to 60 PDU require to sit for PgMP exam or to retain their PMP credential; motivation and commitment; a feeling that they are more valued; greater opportunity to gain experience and increase their contribution; enlarged personal skill sets and personal competitiveness; hence greater potential for promotion. A Certificate 'Professional Certificate in Program and Portfolio Management' will be awarded to the participants after successful completion of the course.
