Project management involves a number of interrelated activities which are needed to achieve a specific goal or set of objectives. Unlike most project management courses, this diploma course introduces students to the field of project management in a unique self-paced and practical format. This course presumes that they have no prior knowledge of managerial or technical subjects and will guide them, step-by-step, on their project journey.On completion of this course students will receive two qualifications: qualification 1: Project Management Diploma issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges, entitling to use the letters SAC. Dip. (Project Management); qualification 2: ASET Level 3 Project Management Award.
