पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This program provides the basic knowledge in semiconductor devices and ICs and a good understanding of the complete IC manufacturing process. The electives in wafer fabrication, IC assembly and test and industrial automation will be covered in-depth with orientation towards industrial problems, issues and their solutions.
