This programme aims to develop students’ skills in the development and management of information technology and information systems projects. It will gradually progress to advanced information technology and computing education. It focuses on building the foundation in students’ understanding and application of technology and exploitation of new concepts in information and communication technologies. It enables students to fully appreciate the application of IT in a business setting, they are also required to read the following business related subjects (from the Stansfield Diploma in Business Administration) in order that students approach IT from a more comprehensive perspective.

Stansfield College was founded in 1993; it is a long standing higher education institution in Singapore and a trusted provider of University of London degrees. Their unique 24/8 Learning System, which limits class size during the crucial first year of study, means that they will receive personal attention that is lacking in larger institutions. The college provides residence for their students. The Student hostel is centrally located; Stansfield Residence One (SR1) is ideally suited for international students studying in Singapore. A comfortable facility that can accommodate up to 400 students in 161 rooms, SR1 also boats a mini-mart, cafeteria, basketball court, internet hub, as well as gym and table tennis facilities plus student’s lounges with pool tables. It has two laundry rooms for all current residents’ and a mini-mart selling snacks and drinks, personal amnesties. There is a cafeteria for hundreds of residents which provide three meals a day. There are two students’ lounges with TV, internet surfing (WIFI), and Pool Table.
