The course is designed to: Promote the concept of reflection on theory and practice contextualised to different disciplinary needs; enables participants to experience and understand different teaching and learning styles and processes; helps participants identify appropriate ways of improving the learning experience of their students; provides a structure for personal and professional planning that meets the needs of course participants engaged in different aspects of academic practice.
