The course develops nurses who can practice at advanced level and offers a programme of study derived from full professional practice; the course is designed to attract a rich mix of home and international students from a variety of nursing backgrounds; the programme has been designed in partnership with health service colleagues to ensure the course is grounded in the realities of contemporary nursing practice; undertaking the course benefits nurses from any area of health care who wish to improve and advance practice in their field.
