The degree focuses on the financial and strategic management of banks and other financial institutions as well as the increasingly complex legal and regulatory structures within which banks and their executives have to operate; the legal issues cover a wide range of topics at UK, EU and international level with which a modern banker needs to be familiar; as well as the general principles of international banking law, students also choose from a wide range of law and business options.
