It covers the whole arena of sporting performance and evaluates the benefit of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. It includes units: anatomy and physiology, psychology, coaching, contemporary issues, biomechanics, nutrition, special populations, nutrition, injury, fitness and performance testing, physiology, reflective coaching, principles of training.
