You will have the opportunity to study the following 9 compulsory core units: Equality, Diversity and rights in Care Work; Communication and Supportive skills for care work; Research for Care; Applying Sociology; Vocational Practice; Protecting self and others; Applying Psychology; Personal and professional Development. During the second year of the programme students will study a further 9 optional units in Care. You will also study a package of Key Skills in: Communication, Application of Number and Information Technology.
