This course is designed for those who are already working in the construction industry in a range of roles including trainee site managers and site engineers, quantity surveyors and building surveyors, architectural technologists. It covers units that include: mathematics 1, construction materials, introduction to computer aided design (cad) and ICT, health, safety and the law, domestic construction, construction management and application, site surveying, environment building science, research project, construction contractual procedures, building pathology, construction refurbishment practice and structural analysis and design for construction.
