This qualification will allow learners to become competent to industry standards in plumbing and heating. Learners are required to demonstrate the ability to perform the necessary skills and the knowledge required to be assessed against the National Occupational Standards.

Preferably 4 GCSEs at Grades A*-C and applicants will be required to pass an aptitude test. Applicants should also be currently working in plumbing or have a job/work placement available to them in order to complete the work based evidence part of the qualification. You will need to demonstrate motivation and a keen interest in Plumbing/Domestic Heating and be prepared for site work in particular
