This course aims to broaden students' knowledge and understanding of theatre, film and television through units that develop the subject progressively over 3 years of study; guided by leading academics and practitioners, students explore the history and theory of a range of practices, including early modern drama, classical Hollywood, contemporary film industries, contemporary playwriting, national cinemas, popular theatre, television documentary, live art and experimental performance.
