On this course students learn the fundamentals of the main engineering disciplines including aeronautical, civil and mechanical, as well as mathematics, electronics and computing, before they are required to specialise; a choice of specialist stream in years 4 and 5 enables detailed expertise in one particular engineering sub-domain; in addition, students develop communication skills and study the economic, legal and environmental drivers of engineering projects.
