This course is designed to extend students' design capabilities to enable them to develop a personal style, as well as extend skills across the fashion and textiles disciplines; it has strong links with industry, with a 2-week work placement in year 2, as well as a professional development unit in year 3.

Year 1: Modules include: fashion design studies; pattern cutting; garment production; visual design; textiles. Year 2: Modules include: specialist design studies; textiles/surface decoration development; complementary studies; capsule collection; industrial practice. Year 3: Modules include: dissertation; textile/surface design innovation; professional practice; final major project.
