Students on this degree programme explore the relationship between fashion products and how they are marketed, allowing them to understand the role of media advertising and marketing in fashion design, as well as how innovative design is vital for success in a global marketplace; students have the opportunity to participate in live projects with established fashion brands; studies introduce fashion-led promotional methods, explore the importance of brand identity and the role of fashion in modern society; students come to understand consumer market research and develop the creative skills to promote and enhance both new and established fashion brands; students spend the third academic year on an industrial placement.
