This course provides an approach to the conversion and renovation of buildings that is orientated to small scale projects. Participants will learn to space plan, develop an understanding of colour effects and acquire an awareness of material properties. They also learn to design and draw small scale construction details. Typical projects include residential conversions, retail and exhibition designs, office lobbies and art gallery reception areas.
