Students examine the details of a realistic international business-to-business sale between a UK-based legal firm and an international partner; the legal skills required in international business transactions are covered in depth; the course covers common agreements and conditions used in commercial practice as well as issues such as exclusion clauses and analysis of key risks in high-value transactions; this is not a qualifying law degree but gives students specialist knowledge at masters level in international commercial law.
