Level 1: All modules are core and the elective subjects are limited to languages which can be studied for extra credits; core modules include: introduction to the hospitality industry, business of tourism and management accounting. Level 2: Options covering: Human resource management, retail location management; gastronomy; core modules in subjects such as: business finance; entrepreneurship theory and practice and marketing; optional professional training year taken at the end of level 2. Level 3: Final year project; core modules in hospitality and tourism; range of electives including advanced languages and consumer behaviour.
