This course is for experienced professionals looking to develop their leadership capability and accelerate or re-invent their careers. It is a general management MBA which is highly practical, organisation-based, personal and interactive. The programme is delivered in small diverse groups, in which the average level of work experience is 12 years. MBA participants are required to spend 22 weeks at Ashridge over the year. The international study visit takes the class away for a week to experience business in an emerging market.
