A 1 year competence based programme aimed at those planning on progressing within the 'Fitness Industry'. Students will have to carry out work experience on a weekly basis to fulfil this qualification.

Candidates will need at least 4 GCSE's at C grade or above including English. In addition to this, candidates must have the CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification or equivalent, one positive reference and 85% attendance record at previous education or industry establishment.
