The course is aimed at people who are interested in developing a variety of skills related to the performing arts industry regardless of background and experience. Ideally learners should have some experience of drama in some capacity whether this be at GCSE level or classes in the e course will expose learners to different styles of drama and different approaches to e course is predominantly practical with some written assignments. The course involves a combination of performance with different modules including acting, vocals and dance. This course is fun whilst learning new skills to take you on a progression route to a level 3 qualification (Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts Musical Theatre, Acting or Dance). There will be a selection of enrichment activities including: various dance classes and you will be invited to theatre trips and residentials throughout the year.

No average or ordinary course, we offer fresh and raw training which challenges current theatre and dance practice, by taking risks, being inventive and developing independance.

As a Grade 1 department, we are a success because we train our learners to be practioners and artists who produce outstanding work, which is regarded as some of the best in the UK at College Level (Source - OFSTED, UK Skills, Reviews and external examiner reports)
