This programme of study is delivered by VICTAR (Visual Impairment Centre for Teaching and Research) in collaboration with the RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People) Post Compulsory Education and Training team; it is designed for professionals who teach and support learners with visual impairment in both mainstream and specialist Colleges of Further Education; it is built around the recommended standards for teaching and supporting learners with visual impairment in further education in England and Wales.
