The Option is designed for students who are currently employed by or interested in the construction or supporting industries. Construction careers often are not limited to only working for construction companies. Many construction professionals are employed by consulting firms, government agencies, petrochemical and utility companies. The program provides a broad based knowledge of construction, civil engineering technology and surveying fundamentals

Applicants must submit the following materials for admission: completed application, the results of standardized tests and official transcripts from all prior high school, college, distance-learning work, SAT Reasoning Test , SAT Subject Tests, ACT and TOEFL. The required scores is TOFEL Paper-based -500 or above, Computer-based -173 or above, Internet-based - 61 and IELTS is 6.
