This Program marks a partnership between Tulsa Community College and Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee , and has been designed to facilitate seamless transition from TCC to OSU-Okmulgee.

Applicants must submit the following materials for admission: completed application, the results of standardized tests and official transcripts from all prior high school, college, distance-learning work, SAT Reasoning Test , SAT Subject Tests, ACT and TOEFL. The required scores is TOFEL Paper-based -500 or above, Computer-based -173 or above, Internet-based - 61 and IELTS is 6.
