This program's curriculum prepares graduates to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, who evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with various communication disorders. The program provides a concentration of speech-language classes, related courses, and supervised field experiences that will prepare students to assist speech-language pathologists in treating disorders related to articulation and phonology, anomalies and hearing. In addition, students will be trained in the use of alternative and augmentative communication.
