The Comforts of Home: UC residence halls offer the amenities students expect – air conditioning, high-speed internet access, cable television – with a variety of hall styles, floor plans and room types. Special-interest floors allow students to live with roommates in field of study, and leadership roles and employment opportunities are available to everyone. UC is an attractive environment that is committed to providing a safe, secure and accommodating campus. And the campus offers just about everything students need within a short walking distance. The housing contract options easily accommodate varying needs, including cooperative education and year-round housing. All rooms are furnished and come with air conditioning, high speed Internet access, a phone, local phone service, utilities and cable TV service. A premium channel upgrade is available for the cable service. Loft beds are also available. All halls feature a full fire protection system and 24-hour security.
