This program strives to become literate and ethical communicators in specific professions, such as journalism, public relations, and multimedia. Internships through the Washington Center at the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Congress, and the White House, for instance, prepare student for career paths such as feature writer, editor, media planner, TV anchor, radio broadcaster, web media specialist, market researcher, and advertising executive, or film producer.
