This program is designed to prepare working adult students to excel as valued and effective managers in today’s complex work environments and also takes a comprehensive approach to the study of management. This management major is rooted in ethical leadership, critical thinking, and applied management skills; which enables students to perceive, assess, communicate, and make informed workplace decisions.

Students must have completed high school preparatory curriculum with four years of English (required); three to four years of math; three years of social science; two or more years of foreign language; three to four years of natural or physical science (with lab). Also applicants whose first or native language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency with a minimum of 79 on the TOEFL exam or a 6.5 on the IELTS, 550 on the written test or 213 on the computer-based test.
