This program prepares career and technical teachers for secondary schools and post-secondary schools (career centers, technical institutes, correctional facilities, and community colleges) as well as administrators at the post-secondary school level. The program provides knowledge and skills in planning instruction, managing learning environments, assessing student performance, and appropriate instructional strategies to students who have or will have extensive work experience in a technical or trade area.
