Services include Area Desks; Mail and Packages; Laundry; Common Area Use; Parking; Loading Zone Parking Permits; Garbage; Pest Control; Cable/Satellite Television; Internet; Personal Information; Entry Guard; Music Practice Rooms; Utilities; Storage; Vending; Lost and Found. The University Housing Office is located on the second floor of the Broadway Building at 625 SW Jackson St, Room 210. The Housing Office provides the following services: Complete information about housing options, rates, and contract terms and conditions; explains policies and procedures to coordinate contract paperwork and processes Check-in, Check-out, Contract Cancellations, Room Change Requests, Roommate assignments, Domestic Partnership requests, billing appeals, and other housing concerns.
