This program provides students with opportunities in a variety of fields, including internal audit, external audit, tax preparation and planning, and consulting. Demand for accountants has been consistently strong. The goal of the accounting option is to prepare students for a career in accounting and the qualifications to obtain certifications, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Students should have proof of English language proficiency as determined by the results of the TOEFL or IELTS. Native English speakers do not need to submit test results. TOEFL scores must be sent directly from the College Board. Recommended minimum TOEFL score is 80 (internet version), 550 (paper version), 213 (computer version). IELTS scores must be sent directly from the testing agency. Recommended minimum IELTS score is 6.5.
