This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals who wish to improve their leadership and supervisory skills. Students learn the philosophy, skills and techniques to be a successful leader. In this ever-changing world of technology, employers seek leaders with technical and human relations skills to guide their organization into the 21st century.

The modules include ENGL 420 Business Writing, MA 147 Algebra and Trig Tech I, BHS 201 Stat. Methods OR STAT 301, MGMT 200 Introductory Accounting, OLS 350 Applied Creativity for Business and Industry, OLS 378 Labor/Management Relations, OLS 468 Personnel Law, OLS 474 Conference Leadership.

Students must have completed a graduation from an accredited secondary school and prove secondary school graduation by submitting official academic transcripts and if appropriate true and attested English translations. Students must meet the academic standards for admission set by Purdue University Calumet's Academic Departments. For admission into a degree seeking major, students must prove proficiency in the English Language by achieving one of the following and submitting an official test score report: A TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 550, paper and pencil test, or 79, internet Based TOEFL (iBT), a grade of at least a B in English at the ordinary level of G.C.E. (General Certificate of Education) or G.C.S.E. (General Certificate of Secondary Education), a Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) verbal score of 480 or greater, transferable credit from an accredited US institution of higher education equivalent to Purdue University Calumet’s ENGL 104, English Composition course, an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Score of 6.5.
