The baccalaureate program provides opportunities for the learner to develop the following behaviors: design nursing processes to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan in structured-unstructured settings, simple-complex situations, and predictable-unpredict¬able circumstances, create partnerships with patients in the customized therapeutic care process to protect, promote, and re¬store optimal health, incorporate therapeutic communication skills when enacting professional practice, evaluate practice decisions using critical thinking, and evaluate strategies to improve nursing care through scholarship.
