The Stern School of Business has established leading-edge programs that focus on the Entertainment, Media and Technology (EMT) industries. Students in Stern’s MBA Program are able to specialize in Entertainment, Media and Technology. Over 17 courses are offered at the graduate level that deal with the marketing, finance, management, accounting, legal, and economic issues facing entertainment and media firms. The University provides housing facilities to its freshmen students in 7 of its residence halls. There are two types of residences provided which are apartment style and traditional style. Apartment style residences include two to three room suites which can accommodate up to six students and are provided at a low cost also. Traditional style residences include shared studios and one to two room suites accommodating up to 5 students. University housing is very limited and only available to full-time students, which requires that they enroll for 12 credits each semester. If they would like to be considered for housing, a completed admissions application must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the priority deadline for the fall term.
