This program provides the knowledge, skills, and professional values students will need for successful practice as a nurse in the new century. It is offered on a full-time basis only and typically takes five years to complete, which includes cooperative education experiences working in clinical settings such as outstanding Boston-area hospitals. It is offered under Plan A and Plan B. They can also complete the degree by choosing the four year plan.

International applicants must have TOEFL passing score of 223 on the computer-based test, 563 on the paper based test, 84 on the Internet -based test, or a passing score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). This requirement is waived if students SAT critical reading score /ACT equivalent is at least 550.

The Department of Residence Life strives to create a community for the residents by planning programs and activities that help students get to know others on their floor and in their residence hall. It also provides services that support the residents in accomplishing their academic and personal goals. Residence Life staff are trained in counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution, as well as interpersonal communications in order to assist the students to achieve their aspirations. Each hall is supervised by a residence director and resident assistants, individuals who maintain close contact with students and who serve as administrators for the buildings. It offers a variety of housing options tied to specific programs of study. These living learning communities offer students a supportive, achievement-oriented environment with opportunities for friendship around common interests as well as continued learning and sharing outside the classroom. Living Learning Communities commonly feature tutoring, advising, and study groups as well as unique programs designed to promote student growth and advancement. It also recognizes that some students prefer to live in an environment of shared values and choices, which the lifestyle and cultural options housing also provides.
