This program is designed for students who desire to work in the field of foods and nutrition but do not plan to become registered dietitians. The nutrition and exercise option can be used toward fulfilling most of the American College of Sports Medicine’s requirements for becoming a certified clinical exercise specialist.

Applicants should have graduated from an accredited high school or should have earned a General Education Diploma (GED). In addition to this, international students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 500 (paper-based), or 61 (internet-based); or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0.
