This program provides a strong foundation in the skills students will need to succeed in this major and in a sports management career. Key to this program is the variety of courses, which include dynamics of coaching, ethical and legal issues in sports, marketing principles, essentials of human anatomy and physiology, and sports and entertainment marketing. Courses in business writing and statistics provide the necessary edge in business communication, while a required internship - at any number of local sporting organizations - gives students the valuable hands-on experience.

Students must have all transcripts from high school and/or college or university with English translation; a minimum score of 525 paper/193 computer-based/69 internet-based TOEFL (institutional TOEFL scores are also accepted or successfully completed Michigan Test with a score of 70 or above or English Composition at a U.S. college or university or must have completed an Intensive English Program with the equivalent of 525 paper/193 computer-based/69 internet-based TOEFL.
