This program would follow either the civil practice track or the criminal practice track. A student would complete a minimum of 24 hours to achieve the advocacy skills concentration. A lawyer must possess highly refined analytical skills, the ability to communicate well, and sensitivity to ethical responsibilities. All these skills are provided by this program. This program deals with advocacy skills track.

Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree from an approved college or university with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.3 on a 4.0 scale. International applicants must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based version), 213 (computer-based version), or 79 (internet-based version) or an IELTS score of 6.0 or successful completion of ELS Language Centers Intensive Program Level 112. Students from Japan must have a "Pre-First Grade" score on the STEP Eiken.
