This program is designed with a view to educate pharmacists as flexible, innovative leaders in the pharmaceutical care and medication therapy of patients, ensure students become clinicians who can work collaboratively while thinking independently, instill in students a commitment to the lifelong learning necessary for pharmacists to remain experts in the safe and effective use and distribution of medications to patients and identify the challenges confronting the field of pharmacy today and in the future and determine effective means of response to these challenges and changes.

The modules are as follows: PHA5629 Foundations of Pharmaceutical Care (6 Credits); PHA5591 Circulatory Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5592 Cardiac Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5593 Renal Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5594 Endocrine, Hematologic, and Women's Health Disorders(6 Credits); PHA5595 Respiratory Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5596 Gastrointestinal Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5597 Protective and Structural System Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5598 Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders (6 Credits); PHA5666 Clinical Practice Assessments 1 (3 cr.); PHA5667 Clinical Practice Assessments 2 (3 cr.); PHA5668 Clinical Practice Assessments 3 (3 cr.).

Students should be pharmacist holding licensure in the United States - B.S. in pharmacy. A minimum TOEFL internet based test composite score of 80 and a minimum TSE (Test of Spoken English) score of 50.
