This program widely known as measurement and evaluation, is a discipline to develop and apply measurement theory, statistics, and mathematical analysis to the field of human performance. It produces well-trained measurement specialists who will make positive impacts in research, higher education, and industry.

Students must have earned a master's degree (bachelor or masters degree must be in a related area) along with a 3.0 GPA on last 60 credit hours of academic work (masters + bachelors). They should have an expected GRE score of 1000 (combined verbal and quantitative), IELTS - minimum score 6, UMELI - minimum score 85, ELS Level 112. International students must have a TOEFL minimum score of 195 on the computer based test (CBT), internet based test (IBT) minimum score of 71, or a score of 525 on the paper based test (PBT).
