The CCTL Online curriculum is designed to increase the teaching effectiveness of community college faculty and build the instructional leadership of supervisory personnel. This curriculum is focused on the effective design and implementation of quality instruction, contemporary instructional technologies, and other instruction using innovations such as peer-based collaboration and active learning strategies.

Applicants with a bachelor's degree or, who have enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's degree, from an accredited college in the United States or a comparable degree from a recognized institution of higher learning abroad are eligible for admission to this University. Other requirements include a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (A=4.0), or comparable GPA for an international applicant; TOEFL scores greater than 102 in iBT, 253 in CBT and 610 in PBT and an IELTS (academic exam) score greater than 6.5.
