This program provides a comprehensive, practical knowledge of the underpinnings of project and program management. While principles and theories are explained, the emphasis is on how to apply them in order to swiftly and efficiently plan, organize and marshal assets so that projects are completed timely, on-budget and result in a high-quality outcome. The program also concentrates on motivating and directing individuals and teams as well as monitoring their performance and progress according to timetables and work breakdown schedules.

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of working experience in the business management, acquisition, contracts, procurement or program management fields to qualify for a master's certificate. A minimum score of 500 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) may be required for admission.
