In this program, the overarching goal of the faculty in designing and adopting the curriculum is to further the mission of the School of Law, that is to “equip future leaders in law with a superior legal education in fidelity to the Christian faith expressed through the Holy Scriptures”. Graduates of the Juris Doctor program will be able to demonstrate mastery of foundational legal subjects; demonstrate proficiency in written skills required for legal practice; demonstrate proficiency in oral advocacy and communication skills required for legal practice; critically analyze and resolve legal issues; demonstrate an understanding of the significance of constitutional government, including the U.S. constitution and other foundational organic documents; demonstrate professional behavior grounded in the biblical worldview in accordance with accepted legal standards; critically analyze legal issues from a distinctively Christian worldview.

Students must have a bachelor’s degree from an institution that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Department of Education. Students must take the law school admission test (LSAT) and must register with the credential assembly service (CAS). Students must have a minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 650 on the written test; 280 on the computerized test.
