Students who choose the two person, two bedroom concept will pay the same rate as students living in a new residence hall on UK's campus. That rate is currently $2,319.00 with a $50 deposit per semester. However, we anticipate a rent increase for next year. The increase will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval in March 2007. Rate information will be posted on our website or made available to you as possible. Obviously, the four person, two bedroom concept would cost less. Again, these rates will be made available as soon as possible. In addition, all BCTC students who choose to live in UK Housing are required to pay $364 per semester in UK Student fees. ($364 is the amount for the 2007-2008 academic year. The fee may be higher for future terms).
