This program bridges the gap between law school and legal practice. The required and core courses provide the substantive and procedural knowledge that all attorneys must have. A comprehensive writing program, beginning the first year with the legal analysis research and writing course and continuing throughout the curriculum, hones students' writing and language skills - a lawyer's primary tools. The most innovative part of the curriculum is a group of 9 upper-class concentrations that encourages students to explore an area of the law in-depth before choosing a career path. This in-depth study, while not intended to produce a 'specialist' in a particular area of the law, provides students with a sophisticated understanding of the area and with the complex lawyering skills that cannot be gained through a more general legal education.

Applicants must have a bachelor degree from an accredited institution along with a minimum LSAT and GPA score of 155 and 3.32 respectively. International Students must have minimum TOEFL score of 550 on paper based, 213 on computer based or 79 on the Internet based test.
